Deleting your account
You can delete your Celebre account whenever you want, without asking anyone. It takes one step inside the app; if you cannot reach the app, you can also request it by e-mail below.
Deleting it in the app
- Open the Celebre app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm with Delete.
What happens when you delete it
Immediately
- Your account closes and every session on every device ends.
- Your Celebrist storefront and portfolio posts are taken down; nobody can see them.
- Your pending offers are withdrawn and can no longer be accepted.
- Notifications stop and your device registrations are deleted.
Within 30 days at the latest
- Your name, e-mail address, phone number, profile photo and last sign-in IP are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
- Your storefront name, description and every image you uploaded (cover, profile, post photos) are deleted from storage.
- The name shown on reviews you wrote becomes anonymous.
What is not deleted
- Conversations you had with other people remain in their chat history — that record is also theirs.
- The text of reviews you wrote stays on the storefront; only the name label is anonymised. A business’s record, built on real orders, cannot be erased one-sidedly.
- Sign-in records kept for security and abuse review are retained, in a form that does not identify you, for at most 180 days.
If you cannot reach the app
Write to support@celebre-app.com from the e-mail address of your account, with "Account deletion" as the subject.
We verify that the account is yours, close it and start the 30-day deletion described above. There is no fee or other condition.
